Ted Cohen has close to 20 years experience with CPA firms, the private sector and his private tax accounting and consulting practice. His diversification and expertise includes tax strategies and planning, compliance and review for closely held businesses and high net worth individuals and family groups. Ted has also served as controller and interim CFO for a number of organizations, and has experience restructuring businesses, arranging financing with banks and venture capitalists, due diligence, and business plan preparation for both existing businesses and fledgling start-ups.
