Mr. David, a founding partner in the law firm of Morrison, Gilger and David, A professional Corporation, specializes in business, corporate and real estate transactions; retirement and estate planning. As an experienced tax attorney, Mr. David provides his clients with ongoing business and tax advice regarding various transactions, including business formation, structuring, negotiating, and documenting the acquisition and sale of businesses, real estate acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

Mr. David has also served as a research attorney, researching and developing explanations and examples in the areas of partnership, corporate and international taxation, which were published as part of an industry portfolio.
